is actively looking for volunteers for short videos and stories as well as original content to help break the stigma through a personal VLOG on mental illness. This is an ongoing project that started years ago when Adrian was in his early 20s. Adrian will use Instagram to upload content and hopefully develop a more professional website as time goes on. For now this will be his and breakyoursilence.org volunteers sharing personal stories uploaded here and also on Instagram. This is a trial and error organization so please be kind. This is spreading awareness and hopefully finding something to relate to. I am not a Dr. by any means but I am a passionate human with the intent to speak openly about my illness.
